Options
Piston-Slider
To secure the press plate during compression and prevent any material from entering the lance guide slots, a hydraulically driven closure plate is installed on the press plate. This closure plate seals the needle slots throughout the pressing stroke, and it is only opened during the strapping process. This design ensures a wire-tear-free workflow and minimizes the need for cleaning and maintenance intervals.
Bottom-Slider
For closing the bottom during the pressing process so that no material gets into the lance guide slots. Hydraulically driven closure plate installed under the bottom wear plates.
This closes the needle slots in the press floor during the press stroke. These needle slots are only opened during the strapping process.
This guarantees a wire-crack-free workflow and low cleaning and maintenance intervals.
Pre-Press Flaps
Lateral two-part pre-press flaps for effective pre-compression of difficult-to-cut materials.
Perforator
Perforator for perforating and squeezing PET bottles, retractable from the side or from the rear.
The perforator is equipped with two drums rotating in reverse direction shortly after each other and equipped with more than 1000 spikes.
The spikes are aligned so that the bottles are not jammed between them.
Ruffler
WEP whirler retractable from the rear on a console with a drive power of 22 kW.
This allows smooth surfaces, for example of catalogs, to be broken so that better compaction is possible.
Hardox Innenverkleidung
10 mm thick inner lining of the entire bale chamber made of wear-resistant steel in bolted design.

The high standard
In the EP series, our channel balers with wire strapping present themselves as slim systems of high stability and reliability. Waste such as paper, cardboard, and PET bottles is compacted fully automatically and securely strapped with strong wire. Only the amount of wire actually required for an effective result is used. The waste products can then be transported or stored as compact bales to save costs and space.

EP:Insight
EP enables real time digital monitoring of baling presses. Machine data, alarms, utilization, maintenance information and optional energy figures are clearly displayed on a PC, tablet or smartphone.
