News from our service department!

Our service department with office staff and service technicians in the field has recently been strengthened by Lars Tiedemann (4th from right) and is under the new management of Andreas Stefes (far right in the picture).

Installation, repair and maintenance of our machines as well as machines from other manufacturers, on-site training of operating personnel and plant modernisation - we offer a lot!
Even more service will be available in the future through closer cooperation with Neuenhauser Umwelttechnik.

Our service team takes care of repair, maintenance or even modernisation of channel balers, conveyor belts and sorting plants or trains the operating personnel on site. This applies to both our own and third-party products.

Since mid-October 2021, the team has been led by Andreas Stefes, a graduate engineer in design technology, who has extensive technical understanding and was previously responsible for servicing hydraulic and mechanical presses in the automotive industry for around 15 years, as well as providing technical customer advice.

"I am pleased to be able to work for one of the leading companies in the industry and to be available to EUROPRESS customers for all service concerns. A strong team in Lathen as well as about a dozen service technicians with well-equipped service vehicles will find solutions for your technical challenges in a short time."

As head of the service department at EUROPRESS, he is responsible for coordination within the department, process optimisation, maintenance processing, repairs, spare parts supply, warranty services and rework. Andreas Stefes is very excited about the new challenge and is proud of the support from his team, which he has already come to appreciate in recent weeks: "Together we can move a lot!"

Further reinforcement has been provided since the beginning of 2022 by Lars Tiedemann, who is a great asset to our committed and high-performing team due to his many years of experience. As a trained mechanical engineer and PLC technician with an additional qualification in hydraulics/pneumatics, he managed the service for Bauer presses for several years and accompanied numerous foreign assignments as a supervisor. Later, he was on the road for more than 20 years as an independent service technician for various manufacturers of channel balers in the service of customers and is therefore very familiar with the comprehensive requirements in this field.

Not only through internal adjustments, but also through more intensive cooperation with our sister company Neuenhauser Umwelttechnik and the resulting synergies, we want to further optimise our service for you. More information will follow.
