Innovative baling press technology for a state-of-the-art location

The ultra-modern design of the site extension is impressive, thanks to the efficient layout of the new hall areas and the installation of innovative baling press technology. The implementation of the
"DIBA Colors" scheme also sets exceptional design accents in the hall.
The installed baler of Europress Umwelttechnik has 80t pressing force and double pump drive. Due to a very large feed chute in combination with intelligent pre-compression flap technology, it is possible to compress even the most difficult materials cost-effectively in "fully automatic operation". Whether empty or filled big bags, strapping bands, large hollow bodies are pressed with low wear with precompressors.
On the other hand, PPK quantities can be treated at high speed using the cutting edge principle. The channel baler is also equipped with closure systems in the plunger and the press floor, which ensure trouble-free tying at all times.
The corresponding conveyor technology with a useful width of 1.800 mm enables even bulky fractions to be effectively fed into the 1.500 x 1.800 mm feed chute.
Of course, all wearing parts are bolted to the press and conveyor technology to eliminate burning and welding during repair or maintenance work in a hall for recycling material.
