The optimal Equipment

THE OPTIMAL EQUIPMENT

Different additional functions that permit adjustment to specific challenges make our channel baling presses with wire strapping of the HP series particularly diverse and strong. As necessary, any bale press can be equipped with a quick-lifting cylinder for energy savings or protected from wear with full Hardox equipment. Operation by remote control makes work much easier as well, with the serially installed key transfer system offering best safety. Our HP models are individually equipped in order to master demanding tasks in waste compaction customer-appropriately.

Better than well-equipped
Everything and even more

With the technically high-quality but easy to operate additional functions, the Premium series turns out to be outstandingly well equipped for use under difficult conditions or for specific targets specifications, e.g. requiring variable strappings, a strong reduction of wear or an analysis system for higher safety. Individual consulting always provides the right solution for our customers, meeting the requirements in waste compaction in all respects. As an alternative to the Premium series, we offer our customers the slim standard version as well.

Using the piston bottom slider makes sure that almost no material at all falls out of the machine anymore and that the ingression of interfering materials is prevented.

Remote control by radio connection permits control of the supply belt comfortably from the forklift and thus saves a lot of time.

As an additional safety measure, the analysis centre reports any wire breaks without delay to prevent possible damage.

Pre-pressing flaps

The lateral pre-pressing flaps permit pre-compaction of the press material to make supply to the pressing channel easier.
